I called to (1877-737-7565) I spoked to Tonie, I was told that i could go on line to "www.shoppersystem.com" go on line and learn.
Once I know how to fill out the paper work, I could pick where I wanted to go. They had places like,
WalMart, CVS Drugs and companies like that. Then took my credit card number for 2.95 twice. I went on line and there is no such page.
