Ok, I ordered this 14 day trial on 10/11/08. It was then shipped to me on 10/16/08. I received it on 10/20/08. On Tuesday 10/21/08 I tried calling to find out how to cancel the product. I called 1-877-350-8708. Every time (20 times) I called that day someone on the other line picked up the phone and then hung up on me. The next day I called (20 times) and the phone line had a strange operator that answered and said it was out of service. On Thur. 10/23/08 the phone number was disconnected. I also tried the following numbers and had the same problems... 1-801-2087490,1-877-350-8708,1877-350-8480,1-877-317-0189,1866-407-1022,800-504-7091. Fit Factor answered one of the calls and told me that had phone problems that day and QUEST was out fixing the lines. I read the complaints and learned that this has been on ongoing phone line problem... Do not order this... They provided a paper with the product that states "WE ARE ALWAYS HELPFUL AND HASSLE FREE GUARANTEED" If that’s the case then why don't they answer the phone, why is it always busy, why did they disconnect their phone numbers. Today I did talk with someone (Laine) at the 1-801-208-7490 line. They canceled the order and gave me confirmation #. I don't trust them so I'm still canceling my credit card. If anyone needs the address for them here it is 4650 South West 51 St. Suite 711 Davie FL 33314... The FBI needs to check them out as I fill this is a scam...
