I am furious at Walmart because of their poor customer service. I wanted to check to see if something that I ordered on line had made it to the store since that is where I was going to pick it up at. I was transfered from line to line and I had to hold for about a total of 45 minutes. I had to call back numerous times because I was hanged up on numerous times as well. It was just ridiculous. I just had a simple question that would have taken one minute to answer. Finally, after an hour I got a manager on the phone. She answered my question in less than a minute. All I have to say is that I wish walmart would take better care of their customers because if not they will go out of business in Houston just like K-Mart did. I definitely will not order anything from there anymore.
