I ordered the leanspa introductory product in March. I returned it as directed and they received it on April 10. I was told I would get refund in7-10 business days. Well as of today-July 25 -I have still not received it. I have made numerous phone calls to a man named Glen Arnell at the corporate office at 1-800-736-5050 ext 270 (in case anyone wants to call).. I have been getting the run around for over 3 months. I have also received e-mails saying it is being processed and still nothing. They deducted the amount from my account since I used my debit card and then Mr. Arnell tells me a check will be issued and not a credit to my account. It may not seem like a large amount but now it is the principal of the matter not the amount!
