I signed up for the free trial in February and was charged $1.00 twice on Feb 28. Then charged again in the amount of $79.99 twice on March 6. Seeing the charges I followed the directions for the return of the unopened merchandise and to recieve a credit. I have several of the communications documented in which LeanSpa claims to have submitted credits to my card between March and July. On July 18 I contacted the company yet again (having not seen any credits appear on my account) and spoke with a gal named Crystal (ID#124). She acted surprised that I had not recieved a credit but mentioned that her company had been brought in the take over LeanSpa. Which had gone out of business, and she was there to help resolve the many disputes LeanSpa was dealing with. She said she would be issuing a check to me in the amount of $160.00 and that I should see it 2-3 weeks from that time. I have seen no check and now when I make an attempt to contact LeanSpa at the customer service phone number I get a recorded message about a claim filed in Conneticut and directions to contact someone esle by writing. So I am doing that. However at this time my dispute remains unsettled and I have not yet recieved any credit. This is ridiculous!
