I signed up for LeanSpa's "free trail offer" ONLY. Subsequently, they sent me unsolicited and unwanted products. I was charged four times in the amount of $79.99 (once on Feb. 09; twice on Mar. 6; and once on Mar. 22). I returned the items (and they acknowledge that I've returned the items and I am dued a refund of $319.96). However, it's now beginning of September and I still haven't gotten my money yet!
As other posters have said, I get the complete run around when I call. The representatives say that corporate handles the refunds and that they will forward my refund to corporate. Then absolutely nothing! Now LeanSpa's toll free number is shut down.
