On 3/14, I ordered a trial bottle of LeanSpa (Order Number 633945). On 3/25, I cancelled my account (well within the 14-day policy) and received a confirmation email. Two days later, $79.99 was deducted from my checking account followed by receipt of a second bottle which I promptly returned (after receiving a RMA number from LeanSpa). I verified that LeanSpa received the second bottle was told it would take 7-10 business days to receive a refund. I've been calling every week since that time and have been told various things regarding the refund but it's never shown up. On 6/15, I was told to mail glen@corp. Leanspa.com (which I did) but never heard from that person. I sent a follow-up email yesterday - no response.
