I had tried to call back only 30 minutes after booking to cancel. I was told that I could not cancel for a refund, only reschedule. And that I agreed to those terms. I looked at their website prior to booking and saw no statement saying I could not get a refund. However there was a nice "100% satisfaction guarantee" logo which led me to believe that this was a reputable vendor.
