1. Website list pet friendly hotels.
2. Found aloft in Asheville, NC listed as pet friendly. Website indicates book first then call hotel to confirm pet friendly rooms available on dates booked.
3. After booking called hotel to confirm cats were acceptable, they were not.
4. Called officialpethotels.com informed them hotel did not accept cats so needed to cancel reservation and search for another hotel. They stated no cancelation after booking so would not cancel reservation.
5. All this occurred within 30 minutes. Therefore have 2 day reservation for a room that can't be used. All I wanted to do was cancel this reservation and work with officialpethotels.com to find another hotel that would accept cats.
