I have been doing the emails for months, fortunately I only bought 2 small things, received one.in the package there was a scratch off, I did it and it meant I was eligible for 15,000, just sign and send in enclosed envelope. There was none, no return address, no email. I tried six ways to Sunday to find a way to send this signed document back only with the hope of winning something in these times. I am aware of the odds but I tried anyway and they failed me. I have since deleted all the PCH stuff and thrown up my hands. I thought they were legit since they have been around so long.
