Purchased round trip tickets online for myself and my daughter, from New York to Charlotte, and back. Upon our return trip we were forced to pay cash for seats that were already reserved for us. I was told that our tickets had expired. Even though I had the return tickets in my hand with confirmation of payment, and verification of all other information, a typographical error in the date is the reason we were told to pay again or we would be left behind. To add insult to injury we were told to go to the back of the bus despite the fact that there were empty seats throughout the bus.
