On July 11 I made an online purchase of roundtrip tickets from New York to Charlotte for my daughter and myself. The dates I submitted were, departure on the 14th and returning on the 17th. I am quite certain these are the dates because I double check and triple check my information before I click submit. We left on the 14th as scheduled, but when we returned to the bus on the 17th we were told that our tickets had expired. I reviewed my return tkts to find they had the same date as the departing tkts. I had four different confirmation numbers (which I also checked upon purchase) with the same dates. My confirmation numbers were on the list of departures for the 17th but I was forced to pay $120 cash even though it was clear I had already paid for my tickets. I was told the discrepancy would be resolved when we returned, unfortunately it was quite the opposite as the persons on the other end have been quite rude and dismissive refusing to even hear me out.
