This company failed to serve its passengers, especially the foreigners who come to this country and they experience this dirty ways of treating customers. Stuck here in Pittsburgh, Pa enroute to Detroit because the bus was full. They have Pc and they should know how many passenger are expecting to use the service but bus is full and i'm going to miss my connection with 4 hours late. There exchange students from Europe and are so dissapointed.
