I signed up for Ohio lifeline (and was approved 07/07) as I have limited income. At the end Aug I moved and had service discounted to move out of state. I found out today (09/17) that AT&T has no intention of giving me the lineline credits or discounts. I am soooooooooooo glad that I did not transfer the service. I will never use AT&T again. No matter what SBC calls themselfs in the future.
