Didn't fix my bill, switched my service from Oxnard to Ventura had problems since then., Ventura

I was a Blue Casa customer for about two years when I lived in Oxnard. I moved to Ventura and switched my Blue casa service. Unfortunately, this is when all my troubles began. I ws paying lifeline rates when I was living in Oxnard. When I moved to Ventura, Blue Casa didn't tell me that my lifeline would not transfer over and didn't offer my another application for lifeline. I had made a payment and it wassn't showing up on my bills I was receiving. Bluevi Casa failled to tell me that they had changed my account number when I moved so the payment I had made went to my old account. Blue Casa didn't catch this and couldn't figure it out as to why it was not showing my payment. The only way I found out that they had changed my account number was because I called my bank to find out if the amount had posted. My bank representative asked me what my account number was on my current bill and realized my payment was posted to another number. I made several attempts to call Blue Casa so they could make the changes. Unfortunately, that is NOT how it happened. Their poor customer service was a horrible experience. I was placed on hold for more than one hour and still no answer. I had to hang up because I do have a life and had to go to school. I called at least four times and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told all four times that they were in a meeting. I went two months calling them to try to fix my phone bill. They never did and never changed it back to lifeline rates. Blue Casa sent my account to collections and continue to get harassing phone calls from FCN, Inc. Be warned about Blue Casa because they will rip you off. My mother got service from them but never had dial tone. She never had service from them and was charged for phone service she never had. They also sent her account to collections when she never used the service.
