Completed online order form for 1 set of furniture at $14.95 $7.95 (P&H) and receive an additional set of 6 furniture panels as a bonus for an additional $7.95 for P&H, which would be total of $30.89. However, at the checkout I was charfed $66.77. I did not submit the order, but rather clicked the back browser to ensure the oder I put in was correct, it was. Something didn't feel right, so I checked my e-mai and found that it had gone through. I checked my account and my debit card had been charged. I called immediately to report the overcharge error and to cancel the order altogethe because it didn't feel right. I called a total of 3 times that day; 10:58 A.M., 11:15 A.M. And again at 7 P.M. The first 2 calls I reached a customer service rep that said I needed to wait 6-24 hours for the server to receive the order; the other said 4 hours. On the last call, I got a recording that continued to say the customer service reps were busy with other customers and to hold. I held for 5 minutes and never spoke to anyone.
