Ordered 1 set of Furniture fix over the phone. It doesn't give you atotal or you cna't go back to clearify the order.instead I wad charged $134.95 for 1 big/Poach and 4 orders for seat sofa. Recieved a post card in the mail stating itmes out of stock and expect shippment within 30 days. States I can call to cancel and get refund or mail card back. When calling the customer service, they stated I can't cancel because order is shipped even though the card states different. They said all customers are mailed this card. Big Rip off. On top of that you can't speak to any supervisor and the customer service reps are rude.
