Ordered on-line. Was under the impression of only $14.99 ended up having to pay over $61. Charged credit without even confirming order is correct. Called customer service and said they were unable to cancel orders. Said order was processed and ready to ship but ordered during holiday weekend. No one in office to cancel order. Called first thing Tues. The 4th of July was Mon... HOW the heck was it already processed! A total rip off! Beware of this company they rip you off!
