I got charge 99.00 as well after signing up for "FREE" bids. Sign up is deceiving, on the left of the sign up screen there is an area for purchase bids and this is set up as a default! Unless you are aware of this "DEFAULTED" setting you will be charged once you hit the summit button. I found this out after contacting their "customer service" center who refused to refund my account. Be careful when signing up!!!
