Priceshuffle lured my husband to their website with the promise of signing up "It's FREE! AND you get 300 FREE bids!" Well the way they set up the sign up page is VERY decieving. When you sign up, you need to use a credit card - but the PURCHASE part is DEFAULTED to 300 bids for $149.75 - its not left blank, and its not anywhere near the "Submit" button. So he goes and accidentally spends $150.
No big deal, right? Wrong. I call customer service and they have the NERVE to tell me, "We don't take complaints over the phone, you have to send an email." Whereupon, I send a request for a refund. The person I got a response from was actually responding to ANOTHER complaint and I was "cc'd". When they finally pulled their heads out, they simply told me they would NOT refund my money, and to "Make up for it" they would provide me with more bids.
When I filed the complaint with my bank, it took 2 weeks for them to tell me my claim was denied, because Priceshuffle covered their butts in their Terms & Conditions. They are a complete and utter FRAUD AND RIPOFF AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
