I bought a new HVAC system online and installed it myself. Alpines entire sited is set up to save consumers money by doing it yourself. What they don't tell you is that if you buy HVAC equipment online the manufacturer won't warrant their work or their product. After I got the unit installed I noticed a leak at one of the service valves. After I contacted them and the manufacturer (Carrier), with several conversations and emails as well, I have found out that I am on my own. This leak was caused by in incorrect soldered factory worker.
