I Mailed my final payment on an ashley furniture bill. I mailed it in plenty of time to get to the processing center. The check hasn't cleared my bank and citi cust. Service said the are seperate from payment processing. They deliberatly don't process to try and add a 39.00 late fee. This was the final balance. This happened before. These are very bad business practices. I wish some agency would prosecute these companies from preying on people. They wnt to charge 18.00 dollars to make an online payment.
