My computer crashed shortly after joining this work at home business. I contacted their support and submitted a ticket requesting a refund as I was not able to download anything from their site. They replied with an auto responder asking what they could do for me after I explained the whole issue to them. I replied, once again explaining my request for a refund. They have since closed that ticket in addtion to the other (5) tickets I have opened requesting the refund. Their website promises a 30 day, no questions asked refund. My initial request was 5-26 and still no refund.
