I have read the other stories about LeanSpa, and my story just like theirs. I spoke with someone in customer service, explained what happened that I no longer wanted the product. I was given a RMA # to put on the return packages. I returned the three bottles that I had received, never opened, on 6/14 with a return receipt, which I have not received yet and as well as no refund. When you call you are put on hold for twenty to thirty minutes, and you don't get to speak with anyone. I called at least twice a day and still have not spoken to anyone. What a bunch of bull!!! LeanSpa is the Biggest Scam out there. Ladies and Gentlemen, please BEWARE!!!
