I ordered the trial offer of LeaSpa and Spa cleanse. Since then they took 79.99 per bottle out of my checking account in April. I called right away to tell them that I did not want to order anymore bottles than I already had. They proceeded to tell me that I had to wait for those bottles to reach me and then use my own money to send them back and they would then refund my money back into my account. They recieved the bottles before May 24. I spoke with them on May 24 and was told that I would recieve my rerfund in 7-10 business days. It is now June 13 and I still do not have my money. Every time that I call the customer service number they tell me another story about how they no longer refund money back into your account that they now send checks through the mail. They can not tell me when I should recieve it that corporate handles that and when I ask for a # THEY TELL ME THAT THEY ONLY CONTACT CORPORATE BY EMAIL. Bull#*^%. I have never had to deal with such a dissorganized company in my life (and the product doesn't even work). I would never recommmend LeanSpa to ANYONE EVER. I even went online to their site and did a trouble ticket on June 8 and still have not heard a word. Hey leanspa, you have your product now give me my damn money!
