Bank has lost money that is supposed to be secured by FDIC. Bank has acted as sucessor of Trust although not delegated to do so according to 8/3/1999. Bank has sold mutual funds before date of maturity. Bank has threatned to use our Principal and reinvest as they please leaving us beneficiaries in extreme poverty.
