Saw the table on the internet, i clicked on a table that took me to the ivg stores site 1-800-380-5056. I called the 8 hundred number as i had questions about the table. The sales rep took my order, i was not made aware that this particular table was not returnable. I did'nt order the table thru the website [online], the sales reps name is on the packing list. I have tried to resolve this matter with customer service, all i have been told is the table is not returnable. I have tried to reach elizabeth johnson [customer service manager], i left my contact info, but no response. Had i known of the table was not returnable i would have not ordered it. I still have the table as you need a return adress to ship to which they will not provide me with. I have gone to the website and read their return policy which sounds great, obviously thats not the case here, why sould i be out $231.00 for something that is inferior in quality, [ poor paint job on table top and a loose piece of rectangular metal on the underside of the top only attached in 3 places] their sales rep didn't inform me of their return policy on this table, had i ordered it online i could almost understand, but i did not, i called and ordered it thru their rep.
