Sal kept his appointment with us even though it was a very late evening appointment. His earlier appointment had run long, and he communicated that to us, but was still willing to come to our house to show us carpet samples and explain the pricing after 9 PM. He provided us great information and was very patient as we considered our options. Despite the late hour, he did not rush us at all. After our appointment, I contacted Sal twice with questions, and both times he answered my call directly. Sal was a great salesman and we would definitely do business with him again.
