They have an online submission for graphic illustrations of backgrounds and horses. Each submission costs $8.00 US funds. The first submission I sent in they claimed it was "rendered photographs" and refused the submission. And, it was rendered photographs that I had taken. (3 photo renderings = cost $24.00). The second submission was taken from photos but I used Photoscape, Gimp and Paint.net to completely repaint and make changes so that they were completely software painted designs. All were refused. ($36.00)
The third they refused saying it was too much like designs that they already have. They have nothing even remotely like the design submitted. It was a American Saddlebred horse, and a painting I did freehanded and they have nothing even similar. They have Arabians, but nothing like the design I submitted. ($8.00)
This is nothing but a platform for their staff to take subscribers ideas and recreate their own designs from what they choose to reject of our ideas; at our cost!
