If you are trying to get your site promoted using proffessional search engine submission, PLEASE DO NOT USE SUBMISSION-PRO AKA TMW CONSULTING!!!
I figured since they have a BBB logo on thier site that they were legit and could be trusted. But... As you all know, the BBB should just change thier name to BS.
We went to this company and gave them $200 of our hard earned money in attempts to help get our site listed in searches. Here is thier catch: "WE OFFER A FULL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITHIN 30 DAYS!", so you think to yourself "wow, thats nice" and you sign up and AFTER you sign up it says "Please know that your site will not show up in search engines until 6-8 weeks after submission.." o_O!!!
And umm. How am i supposed to know that thier submission is working well if i cant even tell until after the money back guarantee time is up? Okay it gets lovlier:
So i email the guy at [email protected] and i say "i dont see our site ANYWHERE in ANY search engine, i want my money back!" He calls back and sugar coats his lies with "well you show up number 25 in msn search!"
WOW! 25 you say! Oh im so happy my 200 dollars has gotten me way up to 25! Weeee! Pfft. I couldve used overture or google adwords and gotten SOOOOOOOOO much more traffic for my $200 thank you very much.
So he promises me yes, promises me, that to just let the 6-8 weeks happen and to keep using his wonderful "so hard to make up" meta tags (when ALL webmasters know that meta tags can be written by a child) and that my site is gonna be right at the top of every engine!
So... Its been around 12-14 weeks, and im not even anywhere remotely showing up in any search.
I cant get my money back, and they will not answer any of my emails. BBB has and does nothing for me, as a matter of fact, submission-pro.com is ran by a company called TMW consulting and i had to make the complaint on TMW, NOT SUBMISSION-PRO.
Is it me or is that a little... Fishy?
Oh and theres 2 companies called TMW CONSULTING that are registered with BBB. Ha!
Just gets better and better..
The only people i even trust anymore is usacomplaints.com, and i SHOULD have just used google or overture like my gut told me to in the beginning.
