Do NOT use this website. This process costs $1 if done directly through USPS and this company charges $20! They finished my order submission without ever actually showing me what I'd be charged. I pushed "continue" on the order screen expecting to be shown the amount before it submitted, but it just said completed. I had to go back and look through the fine print to see what it cost. This is a scam. They charge $20 for postage/handling while i did this myself six months ago on the USPS site and it cost me only $1 and a simple online form submission. I wrote an email to their support to cancel my order within minutes but was still charged!!! My credit card company couldnt even get them on the phone because of their complicated automatic menu. Do NOT use them!
