I went to a vacation club presentation and received certificates for a cruise and airfare, I needed to send in $498.00 for the cruise and $100.00 for airfare reservations. After they received my money I haven't heard from them since. I tried many times to find out where my promised travel documents were. I never was able to speak to a live person. I filed a compliant with the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection and the Better Business Breau. BBB sent a letter to Reservation and they wrote back saying that they would refund me my money within 30 days. Well, here it is almost 60 days later and no refund. Today I called again, and I spoke with a Joseph @ Travel Deals and he gave me a fax # 866-848-5901 and asked that I send in copies of my paper work. This company was on my local news at a scammer.
