I ordered the trial bottle of leanspa and had no idea that I would be charged $79.99 for a bottle that I did not want. It has been 4 months and I have still not received my refund even though I have all the necessary documents from the post office. I have tried calling the toll free number and was on hold for 14 minutes with no response. It is not fair that I can not get my money back for something that they already have back in their possession. It is not always smart to use your credit card on line.
