To whom it may concern,
I just had a conversation with your customer support who told me that you removed the "Partial guide without video" option from the menu. This is totally unacceptable. The guide is WAY too busy with the video in place and I cannot SEE the entire listing of my guide. This was apparently a software push done automatically by your system. I was told that even if I reset to DEFAULT it would automatically push the new software anyway. Please restore the OPTION of the with/without video for those who prefer the old way. Changing for the sake of change is just justifying someone's job.
