Like many others I was charged $99.00 for nothing! The only thing I did was bid on a book of tickets that I was out bid on! I lost the BID!
The next day I checked the "Site" and to my horror I saw the unauthorized charge of $99.00! I emailed BidRack! Their response was: and I quote: We apologize for any misunderstanding. As mentioned in our previous email, our refund resolution department has determined this transaction not to be fraudulent, hence we are unable to refund your account!
