Signed up by buying in for $99 started bidding and won several items which I was charged bring my total to $121.89. Was sent email confirmation and also received email guarantee from Buysafe. 29 days later still waiting for the items. Sent emails to Bidrack and Buysafe asking for refund, this is Bidracks reply:

There was no previous email! Since when is taking money from someone and not giving them anything in return not fraud?

Bidrack Website lists the following address: Bidrack, Inc. 2711 Centerville Rd Suite 400 Wilmington, New Castle 19808. New Castle? Right, that zip code is for Delaware. The 800 238 6195 gets you to a office in Montgomery, Alabama. My bank gave me the 604 720 1535 phone number that was listed with the charges on my account, this number is in British Colombia.
Stay away from Bidrack. Law enforcement should do something about this company.
