Registered with bidrack, there was nooo mention of a fee or charge of any sort. I did not buy anything! Yet they charged my debit card $49.99. When I contacted them, they said that they cannot refund my money because I agreed to the terms and conditions. There is no mention of a charge in their terms and conditions. What it does say is "Bidrack reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice to You. Consequently, You should review these Terms & Conditions for the changes each time You visit Bidrack." How's that for an agreement?
