I have a video infomerical form tv on tape of this NGC and Fed Govm't members on how to get grants and etc.

I have emails from people across the USA from New York (me) to Hawaii of people who were scammed by this.

No one seem to be able to do anything about it on local, state, or fereral levels.

Any ideas?
