I came across bidrack late one night by accident. The site was filled with false advertising, claiming to save the customer up to 90% on retail prices. It seemed to me like some ebay knock-off, but it explicitly stated that registration was FREE. I decided to register on a whim thinking that I might come back to it. Big mistake. They asked for my credit card number at the bottom of the registration page and I thought it was like signing up for paypal or something similar. I did not agree to purchase anything.
Fast forward a week or so, and there is a charge in my bank account for $99.00 from bidrack. I contacted the company stating that I had not agreed to purchase anything from them, and that I wanted a full refund of my money. They replied saying that the $99.00 charge was for a 175 bid package that I had bought. I did NOT buy any such thing. They then tried to give 120 bids for free (a supposed $80 value). This is worthless. The site is a scam. I have since found an incredibly large amount of nearly identical testimonials from people all over the internet. DON'T trust bidrack. I want my money back!
