The Better Business Bureau recommended Regal Upholstery and Drapery Company. I should have never listened to them. I used Regal Upholstery and Drapery Company to reupholster my sofa in velvet. I paid Robert O'Neill the owner of this family run business $2,200. It was an oral contract and I wanted goose down in all of the cusions.instead, I got batting and shoddy workmanship.
Robert O'Neill refused to stand behind his upholstery job and refused to refund me all of my money. I sued Robert O'Neill in the Henderson Justice Court and the Judge ignored the fact that it was discovered that Robert O'Neill didn't have a Henderson Business License citing a City Ordinance. He dismissed my case without ever seeing my reupholstered sofa. This was a very expensive lesson and now I have to have another upholsterer redo my sofa. This time I will put everything in writing. And I hope that I have better luck.
