The quality of my furniture purchased online is putrid. The batting between the wood frame and the upholstery is missing. I can feel 2 pieces of wood under the upholstery on the sofa arms and there is an indentation between them where the batting should be.
The furniture is not so inexpensive that quality should be sacrificed.in fact, the furniture is not inexpensive at all.
Do not buy from Rooms To Go. Give your local stores the business and save yourself from the disgusting product that comes from Rooms To Go.
