No sooner than they show up they have longwinded story about cleaning products. Will not tell you how much more they want until they gone through their act. Bottom line is they want $75.00 per room. After call to supervisor they did agree to do job for what they had told me. What a mess! Worse Job possible! Once across the carpet enough to get dirt wet which remains in carpet. Calls to company are met with justification of the way they do business.
