I called on June 6 to request a refund of GAP insurance since I had paid off my truck bought from this business. Jimmy said I would have to come in person and he would not give money.
I explained I had moved to Alaska and could not drive 3500 miles. He finally agreed that if I send a copy of the contract, copy of driver liscense, and certified letter, he would send the money. I have not heard from them and they should have got the letter on June 13. Thats it, just want my refund as agreed.
