I've been reading the reviews of this company on the web sites tonight and I can attest that I am having the same experience. This is the worst credit company I have ever dealt with. I paid off my full balance online over 2 weeks ago and they completely ignored the payment. And the finance charges/security charges are higher than the agreed upon rate ($1.50/per $100). These guys are bad news. I encourage everyone having problems with them to report them to their Attorney General's office, Better Business Bureau and to report your experience to your health care provider or vet. Good news - the NY Attorney General is investigating this company as of 8/5/10.
