Consumers should also contact their Card Issuer (or bank/Credit Union) and report the activity to the Fraud Department. Complaints can also be filed with their local BBB - Better Business Bureau, local Police Department Fraud Unit, the State Attorney General in the consumer's state and the Attorney General for the State of New York at their website.
