I ordered the introductory priced product and then cancelled the order for future shipments. The 2nd shipment came anyway and I got RMA numbers to return the unused product. I didn't see the credit on our statement in May and called them. They told me that they did receive the product back but the credit hadn't been processed yet. The sent me an e-mail stating that the credit had been processed but no credit in June nor July. Now the phone has been disconnected.
