Ordered cleanser & leanspa samples @ $1.99 each. Ordered on 4/4 through internet. Should receive samples by 4/7. Received no samples. On statement page it said I had 30 days to try product and then would be charged $79.99 for each bottle received. Called on 4/16 after I found $79.00 times two taken from my account. I called the company and talked with Christian and told him I didn't receive the sample products and it was less then 30 days when I was charged. He couldn't find my order numbers but I saved the emails the company sent to me. I asked for a full refund. He said when they received the product back i would get a refund then. I finally received the two packages in the mail and put them right back in the mail. Finally, I received a credit in my account $39.99 X's 2. I called back and talked with Christian again and said where is the rest of my money? I told him I wanted credit for the original $1.99 X2 for samples and another $80.00 for the two bottles I was originally billed at. He said he would credit my account for the remander of money owed to me. I'm still waiting for that credit. Now when I call I just get put on hold and no one answers.
