CSR Monica is unhelpful, rude, and does not tell the truth. She would not transfer me to a supervisor nor would she transfer me to the department I was calling to contact. After calling two more times in hopes of getting in touch with other CSRs, I was hung up on twice, by two different CSRs. I did not even have a chance to get their names.
Someone from the post shipment department should call me TODAY, as soon as possible so that my situation can be remedied. I don't know as if I've ever had such a bad customer service experience.
