I ordered a cellular phone from Worldcom Wireless company. The phone came back to me unactivated when it was supposed to be activated. They sent me a second phone and I experienced the same problem.
After calling their customer service department and cancelling my service, I received a bill charging me a cancellation fee. On this bill the only contact to their company they offered was a web address that is not valid.
I can't seem to get in touch with anyone from this company. I have experienced a lot of frustration and anger and I don't exactly know what to do next.
