Sales people sell you "special" packages and give you false information when selling you their service and when you receive bills you are "ovecharged" for the services that you were sold on.
When you contact the customer service department (after lengthy hold times) they are combative and rude, agrravating the situation instead of assisting. They could care less what was told to you when you signed up, only what the bill states. Their "resolution" department is just as bad, refusing to think or act outside the box, and "protecting" their customer service people.
In my opinion, they are not in the business of customer service, only collecting money. I would definately not recommend AT & T Wireless to anyone, and get in writing anything that is told to you verbally, because they will not honor their commitments, and insuate that you are not telling the truth.
No wonder their company has lost so much ground in the last several years. Think their is a corelation?
